I was away on vacation and did not get to shoot this couples wedding, but they told me it rained quite a bit! So to say this new bride was unhappy that it was starting to storm is an understatement. We had about 15 minutes before it rained like crazy (with some thunder and lightning). This is really the only kind of rain I won't shoot in. But trying to stay positive I told these guys that rain is good luck- wedding day and pics after the wedding day :) We did manage to capture a few that I thought I would share...
Happy belated 4th to everyone! After getting back from vacation with the fam, I am fighting to get caught up and fighting off a wicked chest cold ( yes, that seal sound you hear is from me). Bear with me, I have some great news, cool images and new products to share coming up in the next couple of weeks! But I do have an image that I love from the Lancaster Fest fireworks. This is the clock from Lancaster's Old Courthouse. It was the first time I ever tried to take "real" firework shots!
but taking pictures of this sweet baby this weekend, made want another one soooo bad. This little guy was an angel. He talked to me the whole shoot and then was very well behaved and went to sleep when I asked him to. Now I don't know about anyone else, but babies with their Daddies are some of my favorite shots. So when I saw this one, I knew I had to post it! Congrats "S" Family on your new bundle of joy!
This couple has been married for 29 years and I am pretty sure did not expect to nearly tackled by their 3 sons. The shots in between are the funniest ones I have taken in a while. But I don't want to spoil all the fun-that is why this is a "sneak peek". Goodness-I am the worst kind of tease!!
I must admit I am not one for posed family shots, I much prefer throwing a family together and letting them interact and this family was perfect. Here is the before and after!
This post is going to serve as both a sneak peek and a Favorite Pic Thursday! My shoot last night was with the beautiful children of Jenny & Tom Fasnacht, owners of State of the Art Custom Framing and Gallery
We just played and played and got some amazing shots!! Really loving the rainbow umbrellas-I have so many cool ideas for them. Thanks Fasnacht Family for a great night-hope the sneak peek brings you a little sunshine today!
I had a session with this senior yesterday and she was so much fun! We went all over the place and got some really cool backgrounds for her images. I do want to comment on how absolutely stunning her eyes are, I even busted out my macro to get a up close shot. Thanks M for being so cool-have a blast this year! Everyone-Don't forget to click on the image to see it full resolution!
