The first time I held my Mom & Dad’s Kodak Instamatic with the rotating flash cube, I wanted to capture moments. Nothing has changed. Photography has made a real impact on my life, by giving me an outlet for my creativity as well as allowing me to share special times in people’s lives.

For me, all of the best images I have ever taken are always the ones that I turned the flash off. My plan is to keep it simple, which is why I use only natural light in my photography, both indoors and out. Additionally, I want to capture the real person, not just what they look like. I strive for every picture to have character.

While I am a self taught photographer, I could not have gotten where I am, without the support of my family and friends. They are the cornerstone of my life and I give thanks everyday for them, as I am sure you do the same with your family. That is what matters the most and that is what I want to capture for you.
